The facilities were good with a fridge to keep your things cold, and kitchen stuff to prepare your own food. The room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioner was a great option. The location was close to the main attractions, which made it easy to explore the city.
There were a few negatives during my stay. the staff promised to bring a receipt for our cash payment, but they never delivered.

Made full use of the complimentary Wi-Fi! A shared kitchen to prepare my meals was perfect. Close to Sapienza University and St Peter's Basilica, and within driving distance to Circus Maximus, Villa Borghese, Pantheon, and more!
Loved not having enough lighting in the room, gave it a "romantic" vibe.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in Rome for my vacation. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The wi-fi was reliable, and having an iron in the room was a nice convenience. The location was great, with a market just a two-minute walk away and easy access to the metro station and Termini railway station. Plus, there was a fantastic restaurant right in the same building.
Would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, flexible storage, clean room and bathroom, complimentary coffee and tea. Convenient location near Termini and metro station. Well-equipped kitchen for simple meals. Comfortable beds and sufficient space, just slightly dim lighting. Iron and ironing board provided. Close proximity to Trevi and Colosseum, and easy access to Vatican City via metro station. Recommended for friends or return visits.

The location of the guest house is very convenient, as it is close to the city center and the train station. It is just a short walk away from major attractions such as Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. the nearby metro station also makes it easy to explore other parts of the city. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
There were some minor inconveniences, such as a lack of light in the room and a broken shower rail.
